On Wednesday, news broke that Dick Cheney conducted at least four briefings with senior members of Congress about the interrogation program in that same year, including information about torture techniques used. If Cheney and the rest of the Bush administration believed what they were doing was completely legal, why did Cheney hold off on these briefings for 2 years after they started the program? MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann joined Courtney Hazlett to talk about it.
