	Asheville Priest Resigns ABC 13 June 9, 2009 http://www.wlos.com/shared/newsroom/top_stories/wlos_vid_421.shtml [with video] A priest accused of obstructing justice, has resigned from Asheville's St. Eugene's Catholic Church. The Diocese of Charlotte says Father John Schneider turned in his resignation today for "the good of the church". A replacement will be named soon, according to the Diocese.
