A group that advocates for victims of clergy abuse is claiming another person has come forward with a complaint against a local priest.

A leader with the organization known as "Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests" -- or "SNAP" -- tells us she was contacted Tuesday by a man who says he too was abused by Father Thomas Crum.

Over the weekend, Crum was placed on leave from the ministry by Youngstown Bishop George Murry after he received allegations of sexual misconduct while Crum was teaching at Cardinal Mooney High School in the mid-1970's.

While Bishop Murry says he's sent letters around to different parishes urging other potential victims to notify the Diocese, leaders with "SNAP" say victims need to report their claims to law enforcement, regardless of how long ago the alleged abuse might have occurred.

So far, the Diocese has had no comment on the new allegations.
