The president of the court, Luis Maria Aldueza, who condemned the priest Julio Cesar Grassi to 15 years of prison for sexual abuse and corruption of minors, justified her decision of not putting him on jail because there is no possibility of leaving the country.
The Court leaded by Aldueza, Jorge Carrera and Mario Gómez resolved yesterday that Grassi is able to go to the Foundation as long as he is always accompanied with a person that he designates. "We cannot assignate him a companion who controls him permanently", the Court argued.
