The head of the Pain Mothers organization, Vivian Perrone, said that Julio César Grassi's 15 years arrest without effective prison accused of 17 cases of sexual abuse is typical of "warm judges that want to be right with God and the devil."

"The judges keep making fun of the citizen's common sense," said Perrone who harshly criticised the Court's decision of releasing Grassi until they solve the outcome of the appeal of his conviction.

She said "the judges gave a 15 years sentence to a priest that was a child tutor who sexually abused them, and now he has the right to go back to his child foundation."

Perrone, Kevin Sedano's mother, the child that was run over by a car whose driver escaped, said "we didn't get involved in the case because we believed in Justice, but this sentence doesn't help sexual abuse victims."
