RIVERVIEW, FL — A Tampa pastor, arrested for lewd and lascivious molestation on a 12 year old girl says it's all a misunderstanding.

Pastor Jose Sos Santos spoke to ABC Action News.com hours after posting $7,500 bond to get out of jail. He says he's a touchy-feely pastor who "accidentally touched" the girl's breast while hugging her.
The incident occurred at the Potter's House Church in 2007. The pastor and the girl were in the parking lot at the time.
Sheriff's deputies say Dos Santos failed a polygraph and then confessed. Dos Santos says the detectives "twisted" his words and he is not guilty.
