Sixtysomething, he's decked out in a summer shirt, summer pants and a smile. He's a success, despite some serious odds. He spent his early years in a St. John's slum and, as a teen, was physically, sexually and mentally abused at the Mount Cashel Orphanage. Now retired after making a few bucks in business, Williams dedicates a lot of time to helping others who lived in Mount Cashel, as well as women who stayed in the Belvedere Orphanage.
