	National Counselling Service Expects Rise in Calls Irish Independent August 2, 2009 http://www.independent.ie/breaking-news/national-news/national-counselling-service-expects-rise-in-calls-1849489.html The national counselling service for abuse victims said it is preparing for an upsurge in calls once the Dublin Diocese abuse report is published. The report examines how a total of 19 bishops in Dublin between 1975 and 2004 handled child abuse allegations against a sample of 46 priests. The Minister for Justice has referred the report to the High Court for a ruling on its possible publication.
