	St. Patrick's Pastor Removed WCBC August 23, 2009 http://www.wcbcradio.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15736&Itemid=35 The Archdiocese of Baltimore has removed Monsignor Thomas Bevan, 73, as pastor at St. Patrick's due to an investigation regarding sexual abuse of a minor in Frederick in the 1970s. The announcement was made to the parish community Sunday afternoon. Bishop Mitchell Rozanski and archdioecesan staff addressed the parishioners. The acts allegedly occurred in the 1970s while Monsignor Bevan served at St. John Catholic Church in Frederick.
