MILWAUKEE - More fraud lawsuits are coming against the Archdiocese of Milwaukee as two brothers who claim to be victims of priest abuse are planning to sue.

Peter and David Neels will both file lawsuits Tuesday. They say they were abused by Father David Hanser when they were students at St. Mary's Parish in Pewaukee in the 1980's.

The suits also allege that the archdiocese knew Hanser abused boys since at least the 70's, and officials never did anything about it and instead moved him around to different parishes.

According to the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests (SNAP) it's believed at least 17 people have come forward claiming to be victims of Father Hanser.

He was removed from ministry in 2002 for what SNAP calls "credible reports of child sex abuse."

Once the Neels brothers file their lawsuits, there will be 13 fraud lawsuits currently against the archdiocese.
