	Extradition of Hareidi Cult Leader Expected in November Israel National News October 15, 2009 http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/Flash.aspx/172649 (IsraelNN.com) 'Rabbi' Elior Chen, who is wanted in Israel for his involvement in a sadistic cult thought to have committed numerous counts of child abuse, is scheduled to be returned to Israel in November, following the signing of an extradition agreement announced Thursday by Brazilian authorities. Chen fled Israel when an investigation was launched against him and was detained in Brazil two months later. He applied unsuccessfullyfor refugee status, and recently ran out of appeals against extradition.
