	Bishop Says He Will Not Step down By Maeve McGovern Leinster Leader December 16, 2009 http://www.leinsterleader.ie/news/Bishop-says-he-will-not.5918366.jp Ireland -- BISHOP of Kildare and Leighlin Jim Moriarty has said that there may possibly never be an eradication of child sexual abuse in the Church. In an interview with the Leinster Leader, Bishop Moriarty said he had gone through a lot of trauma since the publication of the report from the Murphy Commission. He said overall the findings of the report were traumatic and he was very moved and shocked by what was revealed but says he stands over and accepts the report. "Obviously there is a lot of anger out there about what happened, how it was dealt with and how it was treated."
