	Schismatic ‘bishop’ Arrested on Drug Charges, Investigated for Abusing Minors Catholic Culture December 31, 2009 http://www.catholicculture.org/news/headlines/index.cfm?storyid=5051 A former Catholic priest who is now a schismatic “bishop” was arrested on drug charges on December 29. Antony Martinez Garduno is also being investigated for sexually abusing minors after a young man alleged Garduno abusing him. In 1993, Garduno left his parish after a man accused him of improper activity during a marriage counseling session. In 2003, Garduno became the first person to face an ecclesiastical trial in the Diocese of San Bernardino for heresy and schism.
