	Former Church Leader Arrested for Having Sex with Teens KTVB January 6, 2010 http://www.ktvb.com/news/Former-church-leader-arrested-for-having-sex-with-teens-80807032.html POST FALLS, Idaho -- According to Post Falls Police, a 20-year-old North Idaho man has been arrested for having sex with minors. Detectives say Jordan Clint Vernon, 20, is a former student leader at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls. Vernon was arrested last week, and is specifically accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl, a 17-year-old girl, and inappropriately touching another 12-year-old. Police say Vernon met all three girls at Real Life Ministries. Vernon faces felony charges of Infamous Crimes Against Nature, Lewd Conduct with a Child Under 16, Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 16, and Statutory Rape-Sex with a Child Under 18. Detectives say the incident was first brought to the leaders of Real Life Ministries in 2008, when Vernon was accused of rubbing the leg of a 12-year-old during church. That incident resulted in a misdemeanor charge, however, it was later dropped. In September, 2009, Post Falls Police say he was accused of having sex with the 14-year-old in 2007, and was having sex with 17-year-old as recently as this year. Police also arrested Vernon's half-brother, Luke Denman, for intimidating a witness. Both Vernon and Denman have been released on bond. According to detectives, a leader at Real Life Ministries informed Post Falls Police about the accusations, and have been cooperative during their investigation.
