ODESSA - A local youth pastor has been indicted on felony charges of sexual abuse of a child.
44-year-old Robert Weber is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl he counseled at Second Baptist Church of Odessa.
The indictment details three sexual encounters Weber allegedly had with the teen in August and October of last year.

Weber was arrested late last month and posted bond on the same day.
In the Church's official statement Rev. Randy Duckett stated, "We have been aware of the situation from the beginning and have reassigned Mr. Weber to a different ministry within our Church. In order for me to be able to pastor the entire Church through this matter, I cannot make any further comments."
