Raymond Lahey was detained at the Ottawa airport in September after arriving on a flight from Britain. Hundreds of videos and files, many depicting young men engaged in sex acts, were allegedly found on his laptop. Lawyers from both sides are set to meet privately with a judge to map out a hearing process on January 26. Lahey will enter a plea on February 3rd. After he was charged, the 69-year-old stepped down as head of the Roman Catholic diocese in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. He has been staying with other priests in Ottawa since October.
