CHICAGO (IL) -- A Cook County judge hears testimony Tuesday morning on whether former Roman Catholic priest Daniel McCormack should be released.

McCormack is accused of molesting boys at St. Agatha's parish on the city's West Side from 2001 to 2005. He pleaded guilty in 2007 and sentenced to five years in prison.
McCormack was up for parole late last year. But the state moved to have him declared a sexually violent person and confined to a mental health facility.
