Priest sacked in Toledo, for allegedly embezzling 17,000 euros, to undergo a rigorous psychiatric examination The Archbishop of Toledo has called for the former pastor of Totanés-Noez to be psychiatrically tested, after learning that he spent 17,000 euros on prostitutes and erotic web-sites. Sources of the archbishopric of Toledo have shown that once the x-priest, Samuel MM, 27, has undergone psychiatric tests the church officials will act "accordingly". However, the same sources preferred not to reveal the whereabouts of the priest and whether or not detained he is in a mental health centre. However, when asked by Efe, the Minister of Health and Welfare, Fernando Lamata, said that church authorities have not contacted him to request mental health services by the Board in this case. On Tuesday, the archdiocese publicly announced the termination of the pastor due to "financial irregularities" by having appropriated, allegedly, about 17,000 euros to pay their sexual activities.
