On Wednesday, the diocese in Superior, Minnesota suspended a retired priest after allegations of sexual abuse surfaced. Earlier this month, they received a second hand report that 77-year-old Robert Urban may have had inappropriate contact with a 19-year-old. Police are now investigating. This is the first such allegations against Urban. Earlier this month, a catholic priest was charged sexually assaulting two teenage girls in Minnesota. Reverend Joseph Jeyapaul says the accusations against him are false. He received a minor punishment Documents show the Vatican knew about the accusations but did not respond.Jeyapaul is in India and doesn't plan on returning to the U.S. A lawsuit has been filed against the diocese.
