THE chairman of Anglo Irish Bank Alan Dukes last night called for all Irish Catholic bishops to resign.

In the opening address of the school, themed Power, its uses and abuses, Mr Dukes also criticised the regulatory authorities that presided over the boom and subsequent bust, claiming that they had abused the power given to them.
