A former youth pastor at a Longview church has admitted to several sexual encounters with a teenager over a span of two years, according to court documents.

Michael Louis Anthony, 43, appeared in court Tuesday morning. Court documents revealed that he worked at the Calvary Chapel when the alleged incidents occurred and he worked with the girl as a counselor and confidant.

After surrendering to police on April 13, Anthony was booked in jail on $150,000 bail for suspicion of third-degree child molestation, third-degree rape of a child and second-degree sexual misconduct with a minor.

Anthony was living in Kelso, Wash. with his family and the girl was reportedly 15 when the sex began, police records showed.
