A judge Monday cleared the way for victims of alleged sexual abuse by priests to go after a $120 million pooled investment fund operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Del.

Judge Christopher Sontchi said most of the Catholic schools, parishes and a foundation that entrusted their investments to the embattled diocese can't trace the money they handed over, some $75 million, to the diocese.
