A Catholic priest in Massachusetts has reportedly been ordered to refrain from public ministry.

He's charged with indecently groping another man behind a park and ride lot.

NECN reporter John Moroney is outside the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in Walpole, Massachusetts with more.

A Massachusetts priest has reportedly pleaded not guilty to charges that he groped a 21-year old man.

46-year old Emile Boutin from the Blessed Sacrament Parish in Walpole is charged with indecent assault and battery.

State police arrested Boutin Monday morning, after they say he groped a young man at the Route 138 "Park and Ride" lot in Canton.

The 21-year old victim says he went into the woods to urinate, but turned around when he saw a "No Trespassing" sign.

That's when Boutin allegedly grabbed the victim.

The Archdiocese of Boston tells the Boston Herald that Boutin has been ordered to "Refrain from Public Ministry."
