A new lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Miami claims yet more sins of the father.

The suit alleged the Archdiocese took no action against father Ernesto Garcia Rubio after receiving multiple reports of sexual misconduct.

Rubio is accused of abusing a student at his parish who also attended La Salle High School.

This is the most recent claim against Rubio, who is also accused of abusing more than a dozen young men over his 20 years as a priest.

"He's out there to hurt more kids now," said Jessica Arbour who is the attorney of an alleged victim. "This man lives in a neighborhood where, up until the last few months, his neighbors didn't even know he had been a priest. He's still out there with access to all these kids, and it's shameful."

Garcia Rubio left the ministry voluntarily 17 years ago. He married a woman in South America and now lives in Costa Rica.

The Archdiocese of Miami, meanwhile, does not comment on pending litigation.
