A former Kingsport priest will be arraigned on sexual abuse charges in Scott County, Virginia on August 23.
A Grand Jury recently indicted William "Bill" Casey on felony charges of forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a minor.
The charges stem from allegations made by an Indiana man who once lived in Kingsport and attended church where Casey was a priest more than 30 years ago.
Last month, the former priest pleaded guilty to a charge of crimes against nature in McDowell County, North Carolina and received 24 months of supervised probation.
Casey could also face charges in Lee County, Virginia, and in Sullivan and Greene counties in Tennessee.
