Felix Flanigan says every decision he's ever made since that day has been difficult.

That day was a Sunday night in the fall of 1961 when Flanigan says Father Francis DeLuca led him up to his room with a bowl of ice cream, and then sexually abused him.

Flanigan tells the court he's been “screwed up” ever since, and when the Diocese filed for bankruptcy, delaying his trial for a year, it was like having the rug pulled out from under him. His Attorney Steve Neuberger says now, it's time, for justice.

Evidence revealed in court shows a Diocesan cover-up, and Neuberger says once trial is permitted to proceed, we'll see documents that were never meant to see the light of day.
