William Casey, 76, was arraigned this morning in Scott County, Va., on charges of forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a minor, according to the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests, or SNAP. A tentative trial date has been set for Jan. 26, a spokeswoman for the Scott County District Attorney's Office said. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of both charges.
