A small crowd gathers to talk about priests who've been accused of sexually abusing children, specifically one with ties to Chattanooga.

Members of survivors network of those abused by priests, or snap, want a Catholic bishop to personally visit parishes where William Casey worked.

Casey began his career as a priest here in Chattanooga in the 1960's.

Warren Tucker accuses Casey of sexually abusing him over a five year period in the mid-seventies.

Police in Sullivan County arrested Casey Friday on criminal sexual conduct and aggravated rape charges.

Warren Tucker, Victim,"they found the laws that they needed to charge william casey for the crimes he committed against me.. in the late 70s and early 80s.. if they can do that in sullivan county, tennessee.. why can they not do that in every county in tennessee?"

Tucker says the incidents happened on various church trips in North Carolina, Virginia and Upper East Tennessee.

Casey was indicted in Virginia last month on charges of forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a minor.

He also pleaded guilty in July to crimes against nature in North Carolina.
