NSW priest Philip John Robson has been cleared of five sex offence charges dating back to 1991.
Fr Robson, 63, a member of the order at Marsfield, was charged with five offences relating to the student at St Stanislaus' College at Bathurst in central western NSW, said an AAP report in the Sydney Morning Herald.
A NSW District Court jury in Sydney yesterday found him not guilty of all charges.
He was accused of one count of attempting to have sexual intercourse and four counts of aggravated indecent assault.
