	Priests Removed from Two Allentown Diocese Churches By Katie Shank WFMZ September 26, 2010 http://www.wfmz.com/news/25170227/detail.html Officials with the Allentown Diocese announced Sunday that two priests have been removed from the ministry for sexual abuse. The Diocese said Father Ulincy, with St. Paul Church in Reading, is no longer allowed to act publicly as a priest. He's accused of sexual abuse of a minor in 1981. The Diocese also announced that Monsignor Bernard Flanagan, who most recently worked at a church in Shenandoah, has also been removed. He's accused of sexual abuse dating back 25 years.
