  Enough!

NSAC

The National Survivor Advocates Coalition (NSAC) adds its voice to those of the survivors who will gather near St. Peter’s Square on Sunday.

Near not in St. Peter’s Square because they have been denied access. Once again, survivors are marginalized.

For a Pope who has urged the Catholic world to “do everything possible” to end the crisis it certainly falls in the petty and fearful categories to deny these survivors access to St. Peter’s Square.

Bernie McDaid and Gary Bergeron of the United States are leading this effort and they will be joined by survivors from a number of other countries.

“Enough” is their rally cry and with them we say Enough is Enough!

We wish all who travel for this event safe passage and journey mercies.

Light a candle to break the darkness on Sunday.

Speak with someone you have never spoken to before about this largest crisis in the Catholic Church in 500 years and the horrible evil of the sexual abuse of children.

Write a letter to the editor about any story that is in today’s NSAC News.

Connect with a survivor.

Forward today’s edition of NSAC News to family and friends with an invitation to subscribe. Knowledge is power.

But please don’t let this day pass without doing something to support survivors.

Without their noble courage, we wouldn’t know the truth.

Theirs is a daily suffering.

Take a step today to lift a burden, break the silence, stand up for justice.
