MIAMI (WSVN) -- A former South Florida priest accused of sexual battery is back in jail.
Sixty-seven-year-old Neil Doherty was arrested last week after he violated the terms of his house arrest, as he awaits trial.
Officials said Doherty left his home on eight separate occasions.
Doherty is accused of repeatedly drugging and raping a child back in 1990s. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
