A Brooklyn rabbi accused of child molestation has been arrested for violating an order of protection -- by staring at a 12-year-old boy, authorities said last night.

The youngster and his father walked passed Rabbi Joel Kolko's house in Midwood on their way to synagogue on Nov. 5 and said Kolko was leering at the boy, officials said.

The dad filed a complaint, and Kolko, 64, was arrested Saturday at his home, police said.

In 2006, he was charged with sexually abusing three kids. He copped a plea to child endangerment charges, a misdemeanor, to avoid jail time.

Joel Kolko at Brooklyn Supreme Court in 2007.

Kolko, who moved into a home just two blocks from the boy involved in the staring incident, was released without bail at his arraignment last night.

Judge Evelyn Laporte warned him, "Don't look at them. Don't talk to them. Mind your own business."
