  Voice of the Faithful Appoints New Public Relations Director

Voice of the Faithful, the 30,000-strong organization committed to Roman Catholic Church reform, has appointed Nick Ingala of Mansfield as the organization’s public relations director.

Ingala comes to VOTF from Publicity Inc. a Boston public relations and marketing communications agency founded in 1946. He joined the firm in 1978 and was named president in 1995. Publicity Inc. has worked for clients in business, industry, government, healthcare, education, entertainment, professional sports and non-profit arenas. He began his public relations career as information officer for the engineering and science curricula at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.

“We welcome Nick to our team and look forward to the opportunity his expertise and experience bring to helping us fulfill our mission,” said Donna B. Doucette, VOTF executive director.

Ingala’s philanthropic activities have included the American Cancer Society, ACS Cancer Action Network and Boy Scouts of America, and he has been active in the Neponset Valley and Metro South Chambers of Commerce.

He graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, studied management at Harvard University Extension and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
