A PASTOR charged with molesting two boys, appeared in the Siparia Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Herman Waldron, 43, a pastor with the Seventh Day Adventist Church, was charged with three offences.

It was alleged Waldron committed an act of serious indecency against an 11-year-old.

He is also charged with serious indecency against a ten-year-old.

The alleged incidents occurred at his Hunte Street, Siparia, home between July 1 and 31 last year.

Waldron was held on Tuesday at his house and was charged by PC Pamilla Monsegue and appeared before Magistrate Joan O'Connor.

He was yesterday represented by attorney Dana O'Neil. She said her client had no previous or pending matters.

Police prosecutor Sgt Angus Harry said he had no objection to bail but asked that conditions be attached.

He asked that Waldron have no contact with either of the alleged victims.

O'Connor placed Waldron on $75,000 bail to cover both charges. She ordered that Waldron reappear in court on January 31.
