Montgomery County police received two complaints last year against 57-year-old Garrett David Orr of Pittsburgh, Pa., who taught at the exclusive all-boys boarding school in the Washington suburbs between 1989 and 2003. Police announced Wednesday that Orr surrendered to county authorities last week and was charged with two counts of child abuse and one count of third-degree sexual offense. He was released on $50,000 bond. Police say last year, two former students reported that they had been inappropriately touched by Orr on campus, one in 1989 and the other in 2002. Georgetown Prep said in a statement that Orr was not working at the School at the time the allegations were first brought to the school's attention.
