Testimony continued Friday in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in the trial of former Priest, Gary Mercure, charged with raping two altar boys back in the 80's while he was a priest in Queensbury.

The accusers are now in their mid-thirties. One took the stand for a second time Friday morning and told the court: When he was between 10 and 12 years old, he hid undergarments he wore during the alleged abuse in a hole in his bedroom wall.

The man identified those garments in court and his Mother testified about how she found them when remodeling her house several years later.

"The gap between the ceiling and the walls, some of the insulation was sticking out so much, my friend went to push it in and when he did he started pulling out this white material with red on it and my house is stained red and I'm thinking, how why would they have put red in the house?"

Mercure, who is 62 was removed from the ministry in 2008. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges -- which he faced in both New York and Massachusetts.

The trial is being held in Pittsfield because the statute of limitations in New York ran out.
