Gerardo Gonzalez is accused of assaulting two female family members about 12 years ago. Thursday, the jury heard from Gonzales's brother, who now says the two women made the whole story up. Gonzales is expected to take the stand tomorrow morning. If convicted, he faces up to 99 years in prison.
