Also Bothdan Borowic. (many media reports spell his surname with an "i" – Bothdan Borowic.) Canadian Catholic Church Directories spell hus surname with an "e" -Borowec. Church directories also spell his given name as Bohdan - Bohdan Borowec. I have opted to go with the latter spellings of his given and surnames.
