Arthur Budzinski says he was abused as a boy by a former priest at a school for the deaf. Budzinski's daughter helped tell his story in 2010

A lawyer who represents people who say they were abused by Catholic clergy is asking additional victims to come forward, while the Catholic Milwaukee Archdiocese is going through the bankruptcy process.

Attorney Jeff Anderson of St. Paul is suing the archdiocese. His clients include people who say they were among the 200 deaf boys who were molested from 1950-1975 by a priest who ran a school for deaf children.

On Thursday Anderson called on all victims to come forward now, even if they've been told previously it was too late to file a claim.

His law firm has launched a TV and print ad campaign, which cautions victims that they may forfeit their rights if they wait too long.

The Archdiocese filed for bankruptcy protection in January, citing potential debts from lawsuits related to abuse by clergy.
