BLOUNTVILLE -- A Sullivan County judge denied a motion Friday to dismiss the case of a former Kingsport Catholic priest who is standing trial on charges of sexually abusing a young boy over 30 years ago.
William "Bill" Casey, 76, 740 Shakerag Rd., Greeneville will now stand trial April 11 at 8:30 am in Sullivan County Circuit Court on charges of aggravated rape and first-degree sexual misconduct.
