Patrick Edouard, 41, a former pastor of Covenant Reformed Church in Pella, faces three counts of third-degree sexual abuse. He is also charged with three counts of sexual exploitation under a law that prohibits counselors, therapists, teachers and clergy from having sexual relationships with their clients. An arraignment hearing has not been scheduled.
