The Archdiocese of Philadelphia placed two retired priests on administrative leave Wednesday while it investigates allegations of inappropriate behavior with minors.

That means 23 priests have been suspended following a recent grand jury report focusing mainly on alleged child sex abuse.

And just like the previous 21 suspensions, the Archdiocese is outright refusing to release the names of the newly suspended priests or what exactly they're accused of doing.

But, Fox 29 has identified one of them as Father David Givey.

Our own Joyce Evans spoke to one catholic who knew him well

Susan Matthews could barely find words to express what she was feeling.

"It's actually a punch to your soul."

Givey married her and baptized her children, and now he is being investigated for alleged inappropriate behavior with minors.

"When I graduated and he gave me the job at the Catholic Standard Times, he really kind of kept me in the church."

Staying in the church is what Susan's new online movement, "Catholics For Change," is urging the faithful to do, in spite of the priest abuse scandal.

Matthews is not backing down from her plan to rally devout Cathloics at the doorstep of the Philadelphia Archdiocese this Friday at noon.

"This is so damaging not only to the accused priests but also to the parishioners --- there's no transparency just a lot of questions and it's not fair."
