A four month investigation has led to the arrest of a Springs man on charges of sexual assault on a child.

Springs police were called to a home on December 4, 2010 to look into a possible sexual assault. The ensuing investigation revealed that an adult volunteer at a local church had allegedly been engaging in inappropriate sexual conduct with a minor female at the church.
