  Xenia Church Bus Driver Indicted for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse

A 33-year-old Xenia man who drives a church bus has been arrested on a Wayne County warrant charging him with aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Joseph Hancock had been indicted last Friday by a Wayne County Grand Jury. He is accused of having unlawful sexual contact with an alleged victim under the age of 13. Hancock was taken into custody on the Class Two felony charge in Clay County on Monday night. He has since been transferred to the Wayne County Jail at Fairfield and is being held in lieu of $15,000 cash bond.
