Prosecutors on Thursday filed fresh charges against a former youth pastor who is already in prison for sex with an underage girl.

In his latest case, Aaron Witcher, 38, is accused of forcibly kissing and fondling a then-15-year-old girl when he was her youth pastor and her manager at a Taco Time in Salt Lake County. The criminal charges say the abuse happened in 2003 when Witcher was in his early 30s.

In at least one instance, according to the charges filed in state court in Salt Lake City, Witcher forced the girl to "make out" with him before she could receive her paycheck. In another instance, documents say, Witcher locked the girl in the freezer and would not let her out until she agreed to be fondled. Witcher is charged with three counts of forcible sexual abuse, each punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Last year, police in Roy found Witcher in a parked car with a teenage girl. Witcher, who went by the name "Pastor Soulja," went on to plead guilty in state court in Ogden to two counts of first-degree felony rape. He is serving five years to life in prison.
