The attorney representing four young men who accused a Georgia megachurch pastor of sexual misconduct said the lawsuit has been "resolved."

Plaintiff's attorney B.J. Bernstein said Thursday the lawsuit involving Bishop Eddie Long "has been resolved."

Bernstein declined further comment. Long's spokesman could not immediately be reached.

The young men maintained in a September lawsuit that Long, the leader of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, coerced them into sexual relationships. The men say Long abused his spiritual authority to lure them into trysts with cars, jewelry and cash when they were 17 and 18.

The case was set to go to trial this year if a settlement was not reached.
