The priest is in custody under the charge of attempted sexual assault on a minor, attempted induction into prostitution of minors, offering drugs to minors, and is being investigated for possession of pedopornographic material and dealing drugs to adults. The interrogation will b conducted by Investigating Magistrate Annalisa Giacalone, who issued a second order for pre-trial custody against him, upholding the petition of Genoa Public Prosecutor Stefano Puppo. . .
