LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A jury in Tennessee has returned a guilty verdict against a Roman Catholic priest of raping an altar boy more than three decades ago.
77-year-old William Casey has already entered a guilty plea to similar charges in North Carolina and has yet to face prosecution on additional accusations in Virginia.
A Jeffersonville man, 46-year-old Warren Tucker, went public with molestation claims. He says Casey abused him at a church in Kingsport, Tennessee in the 1970s.
