A Co Down priest who was accused of sexual abuse will not face any charges.
Father Sean Cahill was based at St Malachy's Church in Castlewellan when the allegation was made.
A spokesman from the Diocese of Down and Connor confirmed that no further action would be taken.
Father Cahill had always denied the allegation which it's understood dated back to the 1970's.
